What steps should I take to troubleshoot the ecobee mobile app?

First, try closing and re-opening the app on your phone. If this does not work, try logging out and logging back in. If you continue to have problems, try reboot your phone. If none of these steps work, please contact ecobee support for further troubleshooting.
